Shipping Info

All Orders can be paid with debit card, credit card or Paypal. All orders will be processed withinv1- 2 business days with a shipping time of 4-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-5 business days for express shipping.

Please order your hair at least a week and a half to two weeks prior to your hair appointment, to ensure that you will receive your hair on time. We are not responsible for missed hair appointments.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. At that time your order is considered complete with our company. While shipping mishaps are rare, sometimes accidents can happen. In the event that your package gets lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly. Unfortunately, we can not control the delivery process once your package has left our facility.
